Academic Progress Policy
Courses Lasting 1–3 Days
Students are evaluated daily using skill checklists and practical skill evaluations. Students must maintain satisfactory standing each day by meeting minimum academic requirements and completing all required instructional hours.
Certificates of completion require 100% attendance. Any missed hours must be made up.
Progress reports are provided daily for shorter classes and weekly for programs.
Courses Longer Than 3 Days
Students must maintain satisfactory academic progress throughout the course. Attendance must remain above 85%, and the academic grade average must remain above 76%.
Students who do not meet satisfactory standards will be placed on probation. The probationary period will not exceed 15 days, with its length determined by the course length and the student’s progress in the program.
If a student has not returned to satisfactory standing by the end of the probationary period, the Director may terminate the student’s enrollment. The Director will notify the student of the termination.

Students are strongly encouraged to attempt to resolve concerns with the school first. Students may also bring complaints to the attention of the Colorado Division of Private Occupational Schools:
Website: Colorado Division of Private Occupational Schools

There is a two-year statute of limitations for the Division to take action on a student complaint, measured from the student’s last day of attendance.
